During the installation process, we work closely with you to make sure that we provide the smoothest installation possible with minimal disruption to your business. We will work around your teams agenda and make sure our installations are done on time so you can get back to work right away.
During the consultation period, we will visit your place of work to see your current set-up and discuss what can be used and where. We will get a feel of what style of solution would be best for you and your business.
Once we have received the go ahead and you are happy with the plan, we get to work installing the solution approved by you with minimal disruption to the running of your business.
Support & Maintenance
After the installation has had sign off, we will then arrange an after-support and maintenance contract to make sure that your new equipment continues to work as it should.
Upon handover of all equipment we make sure that you are happy and confident in using the new system. We are also there to support up to 12 months after the installation, this is to support any problems that may occur and to give you piece of mind of your new system and to give you the best service possible
